Boat Slips

Locust Hills has approximately 7,800 feet of shoreline on Lake Minnetonka along the lagoon, channel, and Grays Bay frontage. Boat slips for each resident are located along the beautiful shoreline of Grays Bay. A future Boat Club may be available to residents who prefer the convenience of using the lake without the maintenance and expense of owning their own boat.
